About the job CEO Executive Assistant
To provide high-level, comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the CEO, managing daily operations, communication, and scheduling to ensure maximum executive efficiency.
- Internal: CEO, Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team, and all internal business units.
- External: Key stakeholders, high-profile clients, international partners, and public vendors.
Key responsibility
- Manage the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating high-level corporate events.
- Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications with diplomacy and discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, briefing notes, and confidential documents for the CEO.
- Coordinate executive board meetings, compile agendas, and record accurate minutes of meetings for follow-up actions.
- Manage complex travel arrangements and expense reporting for the executive office.
Academic experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related discipline.
Professional experience required
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced or global corporate environment.
Computing Skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).

- Impeccable integrity, confidentiality, and professional discretion.
- Proactive, anticipatory mindset with the ability to multitasking seamlessly.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Languages
- Native/Fluent level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
