Job Openings Associate/lead Geotechnical Engineer

About the job Associate/lead Geotechnical Engineer

Ground Recruitment is a Pty Ltd company established in July 2022. It exclusively provides highly specialised permanent recruitment services and high-performance coaching to geotechnical engineers, geologists and select clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Our client is a globally recognized and established multidisciplinary consultancy specializing in geotechnical services. With offices throughout Australia and New Zealand, they have one of the largest geotechnical teams in Perth. Due to their continued growth in Western Australia, they seek an Associate Geotechnical Engineer to join their Perth team.

You will work alongside a group of dedicated, long-serving, and highly respected geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists.

The ideal candidate for this position would be a Senior/Associate or Lead Geotechnical Engineer with ten to fifteen years of experience in Australia or New Zealand. You must have experience in writing interpretive and factual reports for government agencies and other projects, as well as a solid understanding of those reports' analysis and design components.

In this role, you will support a young team of engineers while working closely with your peers at your level and above through the entire project lifecycle, including proposals, investigation, report writing, and construction support.

If you are motivated to develop and grow a team, train junior staff, win work, and manage the day-to-day workload of others, this is an excellent opportunity for you. It would be best suited for someone currently working with one of the larger geotechnical consultancies who wants to advance their career within a more settled company with a great team feel.

As our Director has known the Perth Geotechnical Leader for over twelve years, Patrick would welcome any calls directly on his mobile from interested candidates with the utmost confidentiality guaranteed. 0499 988 011.

Our client is running several overseas campaigns and, as such, has asked that we refrain from referring any candidates who require sponsorship at this stage.
