About Our Client

Our client is a leading consultancy delivering geotechnical and civil solutions across major mining and infrastructure projects. With a strong pipeline of work in Western Australia, they are seeking Site Supervisors to join their team and act as S26 Statutory Supervisors on upcoming projects.

The Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and compliant operations on site. You'll work closely with geotechnical teams and contractors to oversee field activities, maintain statutory compliance, and support project delivery. Training for the S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification will be provided if you do not already hold it.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong mine-site experience who want to step into a supervisory role, or for geologists/geotechnical professionals looking to broaden their responsibilities and combine technical work with site leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an S26 Statutory Supervisor on site (training provided if required)
  • Oversee field operations to ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements
  • Coordinate site activities and liaise with geotechnical teams and contractors
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting for site activities
  • Support project delivery through effective communication and problem-solving

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or extensive mine site experience with a desire to move into supervision
  • Strong understanding of site safety and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and contractors
  • A geology or geotechnical background is highly desirable but not essential

What's on Offer

  • Training provided for S26 Statutory Supervisor certification
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Opportunities to combine site supervision with technical geotechnical work (for qualified candidates)
  • A supportive team environment with career development pathways
