About the role:

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator will be responsible for tracking program impact and evidence-based results against targets for various educational initiatives. This role involves compiling, reviewing, and sharing qualitative and quantitative data with both internal and external audiences to improve program design and results.

Key Responsibilities: 

* M&E Framework Development: Create and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and processes to capture program impact effectively.

• Data Management: Develop reporting tools to capture quantitative data and qualitative change stories from the field.

• Analysis & Reporting: Conduct strong data analysis and produce compelling reports grounded in evidence for funders and collaborative members.

• Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to support program strategy development and evidence-based learning.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Work in close coordination with internal teams and external evaluation organizations to ensure timely data availability.

Eligibility & Skills: 

* Education: Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences or a related field.

• Experience: At least 4–5 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation within a development organization.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of M&E trends and experience with statistical tools/software (e.g., SPSS, Stata).

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft high-quality reports.

• Travel: Willingness to travel to various project locations as required.
