About the role:

This is a "founding" fundraising role for a proactive professional who thrives in startup mode. You will be responsible for building fundraising systems from scratch, shaping processes where none exist, and translating the purpose of non-profits into clear value for corporate funders. You will focus on the 30L – 1Cr CSR segment, helping build trust in an unorganized landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisitions & Networking: Proactively reach out to corporates and foundations to pitch partnership opportunities. Leverage existing networks (15-20 CSR leads) for faster market entry.
• Partnership Management: Manage the complete lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and long-term engagement.
• Proposal & Strategy: Craft data-driven, compelling grant proposals and impact-led narratives that inspire donor commitment.
• Ecosystem Building: Represent the organization with NGOs and ecosystem partners to strengthen visibility and collaboration.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting for partnership accounts.
• Solutioning: Work closely with vendors and NGOs to design effective interventions, particularly in healthcare and education.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or CSR partnerships.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, grant writing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Network: A working network of decision-makers within small to mid-sized CSR portfolios.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial "founder-like" spirit; comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up.
• Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Master's in Sales/MBA or Development Studies is a plus).
