Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Corporate Relations will play a pivotal role in driving sustainable growth for the consulting firm by building high-value client relationships, shaping winning proposals, and expanding advisory engagements with measurable impact. The role combines strategic business development, client advisory, client servicing, and leadership to position the firm as a trusted partner delivering outcomes not just services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy & Market Expansion:
- Design and execute business development strategies aligned with consulting priorities.
- Identify opportunities in sectors like CSR advisory and Corporate Volunteering.
- Build a robust pipeline across priority accounts and geographies.
- Client & Partner Engagement:
- Cultivate senior-level relationships with clients, funders, and foundations.
- Act as a thought partner to co-create value-driven solutions for complex challenges.
- Lead strategic partnerships and manage account scaling.
- Proposal Leadership & Deal Closure:
- Lead end-to-end proposal development, including pricing and negotiations.
- Collaborate with teams to craft compelling, insight-led pitches.
- Thought Leadership & Market Positioning:
- Contribute to the firm's agenda through sector briefs and insights.
- Represent the firm at industry platforms and policy dialogues.
- Monitor sector trends and funding landscapes.
- Internal Leadership & Reporting:
- Mentor junior team members and strengthen internal CRM discipline.
- Monitor pipeline health and report on growth metrics to leadership.
Qualifications & Experiences:

Experience: MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification, with 8 –12 years of experience in consulting, partnerships, or institutional business development.
- Competencies:
- Strategic and consultative selling.
- Senior-level client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of CSR advisory and Corporate Volunteering.
- Expertise in commercial structuring and proposal development.
- Exceptional executive communication and negotiation skills.
