Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, multi-faceted leader to drive resource mobilization, corporate partnership development, and brand storytelling. This role merges fundraising strategy with strategic media and digital communications. The ideal candidate will manage the full fundraising lifecycle (CSR, HNIs, foundations), create compelling proposals and collaterals, oversee brand visibility and social media, and ensure meaningful donor engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Resource Mobilization & Donor Partnerships (CSR & HNIs)
- Research and map prospective donors, including corporate CSR partners, foundations, philanthropists, and domestic/international HNIs.
- Build, maintain, and update a structured donor pipeline database.
- Initiate multi-channel outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, referrals) to build relationships and secure prospective donor meetings.
- Represent the organization during introductory discussions, donor meetings, and site visits.
2. Proposal Development, Collateral & Reporting
- Design and refine high-impact fundraising presentations, concept notes, proposals, and grant applications.
- Coordinate with internal program teams to gather impact data, stories, and metrics for donor updates.
- Track pipeline health, donor commitments, and produce regular fundraising/impact reports for leadership.
3. Media, Brand & Digital Communications
- Oversee social media management, website updates, and digital brand visibility.
- Produce quarterly newsletters, annual reports, impact stories, and donor engagement collaterals.
- Shoot photos/videos during school events, activities, and site visits to build visual asset libraries.
- Design and execute creative online fundraising drives and crowdfunding campaigns.
4. Donor Engagement & Ecosystem Events
- Plan and host donor immersion visits, site tours, and corporate engagement events.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with corporates, civil society, and ecosystem partners.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in fundraising, partnership management, corporate relations, or strategic communications within the social sector.
- Communications & Design Skills: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with proven ability to build pitch decks, proposals, and newsletter/social content.
- Digital Literacy: Comfort with digital tools, CRM/pipeline trackers, social media platforms, basic design tools (e.g., Canva), and website maintenance.
- Mindset: A proactive generalist with a strong bias for action, high attention to detail, and a deep passion for education and social impact.
