About the role: 

The Manager-NGO Partnerships ECCE Services will drive collaboration with NGOs, civil society organizations, and government bodies to advance orgs’ mission. This role involves identifying, developing, and nurturing partnerships, ensuring alignment with program goals, and enhancing the scale and impact of org's childcare initiatives. The Manager will also oversee operational excellence, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement across project

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development and Management

Identify and establish partnerships with NGOs, CSOs, and government agencies. Strengthen collaboration with existing partners, ensuring alignment with org’s mission.

Represent Mobile Creches in stakeholder meetings, conferences, and events to foster engagement.

2. Resource Mobilization and Financial Oversight

Develop proposals and secure funding from donors and partners.

Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and ensure accountability in resource utilization. 3. Capacity Building

Organize training/orientation sessions and for partners, government and donors and field teams to enhance program delivery.

4. Advocacy and Policy Engagement

Support advocacy initiatives with government and policy-makers to promote ECCD best practices.

Work on documentation for knowledge sharing and advocacy campaigns. 

5. Team Leadership and Development

Mentor and supervise team members, including Program Officers and Supervisors.

Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

6. Safeguarding and Compliance

Ensure strict adherence to orgs safeguarding policies and child protection standards. Monitor compliance with all operational and legal requirements.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strategic Relationship Management: Ability to build and sustain long-term partnerships with diverse stakeholders.

Proposal Development: Experience in preparing funding proposals and managing donor relations.

Organizational Skills: Proficiency in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and coordinating resources.

Analytical Thinking: Data-driven approach to monitoring impact and improving program outcomes.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English; ability to prepare impactful reports and presentations.

Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and lead teams toward achieving organizational goals.
