About the Role

The Sr Associate - Talent & Culture plays a key role in supporting people, learning, and organizational growth. This early-career-friendly role combines everyday HR operations with work on culture, learning and organizational development.

You will help build systems that are fair, simple and human, while ensuring the organization remains compliant, transparent, and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities

People & Trust

Be a first point of contact for team members’ questions and concerns

Support a culture of openness, respect and trust

Handle information with care, confidentiality and fairness

Recruitment & Onboarding

Support recruitment for programs and support roles

Help new team members feel welcomed, informed and supported

Learning & Organizational Development

Support learning initiatives across FIA, including trainings, workshops, and feedback sessions for employees and partners.

Assist in performance review and growth conversations, helping individuals reflect, learn, and grow.

Help capture and document learnings from programs, teams, and partner interactions to improve organizational practices and systems.

Support the development of processes and structures that allow the organization and its partners to continuously learn, adapt, and strengthen impact.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records, attendance, contracts and documentation

Support payroll inputs and coordination with finance

Assist with statutory compliance (PF, ESI, POSH, taxes) under guidance

Ensure policies align with labor laws and NGO best practices
