About the role: 

A large non-profit foundation focused on systemic change across multiple sectors (Rural Transformation, Health, Education, Disaster Response, etc.) seeks a highly experienced Talent Acquisition professional. The primary goal is to drive and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with a specific focus on leadership hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management:

    • Manage the full, end-to-end recruitment cycle for all roles across the organization.
    • Act as the key point of contact for all Leadership Hiring Needs.
    • Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools to effectively filter candidates.
    • KPI: Reduction in time-to-hire metrics and successful placement of senior roles.
  • Documentation & Reporting:

    • Prepare high-quality, effective recruitment materials (Job Descriptions, postings).
    • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the HR Head.
    • KPI: Accuracy and timeliness of recruiting dashboards/reports.
  • Compliance & Strategy:

    • Monitor and adhere to HR and recruiting best practices.
    • Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations and HR practices in consultation with business heads.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Education: Graduate or Post-graduate degree from a reputed institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
    • Good working knowledge of MS Office suite and recruiting portals.
  • Behavioral Attributes:

    • Excellent communication skills with clarity of thought.
    • Strong network and relationship-building capabilities.
    • Solution-focused approach with the ability to drive stakeholders toward recruitment objectives.
    • Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills.
