Role Overview:

The Assistant Manager of Collaborations is responsible for driving partnerships and outreach initiatives within schools and K-12 educational institutions to promote mental health programs. The role focuses on building strong relationships with school stakeholders, generating and converting leads, and ensuring the seamless execution of workshops, trainings, and student well-being initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration Development & Outreach:

  • Identify and develop potential partnerships within schools and K-12 institutions to strengthen mental health initiatives.

  • Proactively engage with schools, educational boards, and K-12 institutions through workshops, webinars, and training programs.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with management, principals, and teachers to ensure sustained engagement.

  • Collaborate on cross-vertical initiatives, including counseling cells, school-based programs, and student well-being interventions.

2. Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Generate new leads within the school segment and maintain a structured prospect database.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups and systematically document all interactions.

  • Achieve defined targets through relationship building and converting leads into active collaborations.

3. Operational & Financial Management:

  • Ensure smooth logistical execution of workshops and training sessions through effective internal and external coordination.

  • Support financial tracking of budgets and revenue linked to outreach initiatives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to design and implement customized mental health solutions for educational institutions.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

  • Track and document the end-to-end progress of each lead and monitor for discrepancies.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports highlighting achieved targets, project updates, and collaboration insights.

  • Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships with school stakeholders.

  • Business Development: Proven track record in lead generation and conversion within the education segment.

  • Execution Excellence: Ensuring timely delivery of initiatives while adhering to quality standards.

  • Collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate with internal teams for program design and execution.

  • Analytical Reporting: Proficiency in monitoring progress and preparing comprehensive project reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Psychology).

  • Post-Graduation: MBA, Master's, or a Degree in Marketing/equivalent course.
