Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Develop, plan, and implement technology and innovation projects.
  • Engage with parents, students, and stakeholders to drive participation in STEM and innovation programs.
  • Design and implement a strategic vision for technology integration in education.
  • Stay updated on current research and trends in educational technology.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to overall organizational strategies.
  • Oversee regional expansion and program growth.

Operations Management

  • Design, develop, and implement Robotics and STEM programs.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Implement operational policies and provide leadership to the implementation team.
  • Drive the adoption of STEM education methodologies across schools and communities.
  • Ensure program impact is measured effectively.

Financial Management

  • Oversee grant processes and manage the regional budget.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and maintain financial transparency.

Quality Control and Stakeholder Management

  • Monitor and improve program execution to enhance beneficiary outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality control measures and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Implement monitoring & evaluation frameworks to assess program effectiveness.

Logistics and Procurement

  • Manage logistics and procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective delivery of materials.
  • Work with the procurement team to streamline processes.

Team Development & Management

  • Lead and manage a large team of educators and facilitators in STEM education.
  • Ensure team goals align with organizational targets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Learning & Development

  • Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to ensure appropriate training programs are in place.
  • Evaluate the impact of training initiatives and provide feedback.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and assist in audits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitate communication between departments.
  • Benchmark best practices and share knowledge to enhance collaboration.

  • Experience: 12-18 years in operations management, particularly with educational tools, STEM, and digital education programs.
  • Proven Leadership: Experience managing large teams, implementing educational technology, and leading non-profit programs.
  • Expertise in Educational Technology: Technical knowledge in the field of educational technology and innovation.
