Who are we looking for?

PMO (Data & Analytics area)

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field;
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certifications (mandatory);
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, project management, or service management (mandatory);
• Experience with ServiceNow PPM, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence;
• Proven ability to implement operational readiness and service transition processes;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Proactive cross-functional collaborator;
• Experience in data & analytics application lifecycle and support models;
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in production environments.

Location: Lisbon / Alfragide

Work model: 3x per week in the office (mandatory)
