Who are we looking for?

Senior Salesforce Developer - Full Remote (Portugal)



Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
  
• Lead development activities across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration points
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementation plans
• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance guidelines
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps
• Support deployment, testing, and release activities across environments
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  
  

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 600 man-days of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solutions Developer (approximately 3+ years of practical delivery experience)
• Proven experience working with the following Salesforce products:
  o Education Cloud
  o Marketing Cloud
  o Service Cloud
  o Data Cloud
  o Experience Cloud
  o Agentforce
  o Analytics / Tableau
  
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and integration patterns
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing models, deployment strategies, and release management
• English: Fluent

Certifications (Required)

• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
• Salesforce Certified System Architect

Nice to Have

• Experience working in enterprise or multi-org environments
  
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for Salesforce
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
