Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with a potential legal case in the automobile insurance industry (car accidents) and generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and connecting them with our legal services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and qualify leads through phone

- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients

- Understand and effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients

- Identify and qualify potential clients

- Transfer qualified customers to our legal team

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in our CRM system

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in inbound sales or lead generation

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools

- Self-motivated and results-driven

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

Schedule: Monday through Friday including Saturday: 9 AM-6 PM EST (Full time)
