Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative & Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and setting appointments for our client. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction and making sure they show up for their appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our clients' products and services
- Schedule appointments for the dentist offices in California using our appointment setting software
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for handling customer inquiries and setting appointments
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, and appointment setter. Previous experience working in a dentist's office is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience with appointment setting software is a plus

Schedule: Monday to Friday and alternating Saturday - 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Pacific time (California Time)
