Job Title: Outbound Sales Agent - German

Contract Details: Full-time, Professional Services Contract

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven outbound sales agent to join our team. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who went to the client's website to place an order and never finished the order, so the agents will call to close the deal by offering a discount, free shipping, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls through phone

- Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients

- Understand and effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and interactions in our CRM system

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience doing outbound, B2C, or B2B sales

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients

- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools

- Self-motivated and results-driven

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Must be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.

Schedule: You will work 3 hours alternating days to start; if you do well, you will work 3 hours a day Monday through Friday.
