What Youll Do

  • Record call details and outcomes accurately

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast resolutions

  • Provide basic administrative support as needed

Who You Are

  • A clear communicator and active listener

  • Friendly, patient, and customer-focused

  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and call center software

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time and part-time roles available
