Procurement Director – Mobile & ISP (5G Operator)
South East Asia - Full Expatriate Package

A leading mobile network operator in South East Asia, with advanced 5G capabilities and an integrated ISP business, is seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead and evolve its procurement function.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing procurement strategy across both mobile and fixed-line operations.
The role covers end-to-end procurement for 5G RAN, Core, transmission, OSS/BSS, IT & digital platforms, cloud, data centres, and ISP infrastructure, alongside key indirect spend categories.

Working closely with the CTO, COO, Network, Technology, Finance, and Legal teams, you will support major network rollout, expansion, and optimisation programmes.

Key responsibilities include developing category strategies, leading complex commercial negotiations, managing strategic OEM and vendor relationships, and delivering sustainable cost efficiencies while maintaining service quality and network resilience. You will also oversee procurement governance, contracts, and supplier performance.

The ideal candidate will have senior procurement leadership experience within telecoms, with strong knowledge of mobile networks, 5G ecosystems, and ISP operations. You will bring excellent commercial acumen, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience leading high-performing teams.
