RF Expert - Angola

Were Hiring: RF 4G/5G Optimisation Expert | Angola Project

We are supporting a major telecoms project in Angola and are looking for an experienced RF 4G/5G Optimisation Expert to join on a long-term, renewable contract.

This role is ideal for a hands-on RF specialist with deep radio optimisation experience across LTE and 5G, who is comfortable working in challenging, live-network environments. You will be responsible for network performance optimisation, KPI improvement, troubleshooting, and supporting overall radio quality across the network.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience in 4G/5G RF optimisation

• Proven hands-on expertise with Huawei and Ericsson RAN

• Experience with drive testing, parameter tuning, neighbour optimisation, and performance analysis

• Fluent Portuguese (mandatory) – spoken and written

• Willingness to work a 2 months on-site / 1 month remote rotation

Contract details:

• 18-month contract, renewable

• Based on-site in Angola with structured remote periods
