Position Summary

Global Hire is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) on behalf of Nucleus Healthcare, a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) located in St. Louis, Missouri.

This opportunity is designed for Mexican nurses under the TN Visa program, providing a unique pathway to work and grow professionally in the United States. Nurses will be part of a group deployment from Mexico, ensuring a smooth and supportive relocation process.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring extended hospitalization and complex recovery treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional nursing care following established hospital standards and protocols.

  • Perform assessments, monitor progress, and document patient care accurately.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and monitor outcomes.

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other nurses to ensure coordinated care.

  • Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery processes.

  • Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.

  • Participate in continuous improvement, training, and clinical education programs.

  • Demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and cultural adaptability.


Qualifications

  • Mexican nationality (eligible for TN Visa).

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería).

  • Valid professional license (Cédula profesional).

  • Valid Mexican passport.

  • Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience in hospital or acute care settings.

  • Proficient level of English (spoken and written).

  • BLS and ACLS certifications (can be completed before deployment).
