Role

We're looking for a software engineer to build a new platform for securities lending, repo and delta-1 trading. The platform has two core objectives:

• Workflow automation - Streamline reconciliation, risk management and reporting workflows.
• Front-to-back integration - Consolidate the full trading lifecycle into a unified platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop Python ETL pipelines and Java server-side/UI components.
• Build integrations with external vendors and market data providers.
• Work directly with traders and operations teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of experience with Java and/or Python.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. Postgres)
• Comfortable navigating Linux command line.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Nice to have

• Experience using version control software (e.g. git).
• Familiarity with developing, testing and deploying with cloud providers (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with integrating with external/vendor APIs.
• Capital markets experience (securities lending, delta-1, repo, derivatives).
