Client Success Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication
  • Stay in regular contact with staff assigned to your accounts and support their day-to-day concerns
  • Act as a fair and professional bridge between clients and staff, advocating appropriately for both
  • Prepare and deliver accurate end-of-month reports to clients
  • Work toward a monthly target of 3 new seats closed and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Keep HubSpot CRM updated and submit accurate end-of-day reports
  • Escalate client and staff concerns to the appropriate person when needed, and always follow through

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working independently on a night shift (9PM – 6AM PHT)
  • At least 2–3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities without constant supervision
  • Professional and level-headed when handling sensitive or escalating situations
  • Experience handling or leading a team is a plus but not required
  • Proficient in tools like HubSpot CRM or similar platforms is a plus
