Client Success Manager
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and proactive communication
- Stay in regular contact with staff assigned to your accounts and support their day-to-day concerns
- Act as a fair and professional bridge between clients and staff, advocating appropriately for both
- Prepare and deliver accurate end-of-month reports to clients
- Work toward a monthly target of 3 new seats closed and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Keep HubSpot CRM updated and submit accurate end-of-day reports
- Escalate client and staff concerns to the appropriate person when needed, and always follow through
Requirements:
- Comfortable working independently on a night shift (9PM – 6AM PHT)
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
- Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities without constant supervision
- Professional and level-headed when handling sensitive or escalating situations
- Experience handling or leading a team is a plus but not required
- Proficient in tools like HubSpot CRM or similar platforms is a plus
