Salary Range: PHP 25,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Monday to Friday | Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic medical assistance and first aid to employees as needed
• Dispense basic medicines in accordance with company policy and medical guidelines
• Monitor, record, and document employee health concerns, treatments, and incidents
• Maintain the clinic, medical supplies, and inventory of medicines and equipment
• Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate referrals to external providers when required
• Promote a safe, healthy, and supportive workplace environment
• Plan and conduct basic health and mental wellness programs for employees
• Prepare health-related reports and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
• With experience as a company nurse, clinic nurse, or occupational health nurse
• Knowledge of basic occupational health and safety practices
• Comfortable supporting both day and night operations under a flexible shift schedule
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with employees at all levels
• Organized, dependable, and able to handle confidential medical information
• Willing to conduct health talks, wellness activities, and mental health initiatives
• Experience in a BPO or corporate setting is a plus
