What You'll Do:

1. Provide first aid, basic medical assistance, emergency care, and vital signs monitoring for employees
2. Refer or coordinate transport of ill or injured employees to external healthcare providers when needed
3. Dispense basic medicines in line with company policy and medical guidelines
4. Monitor, document, and follow up on employee health concerns, treatments, incidents, and medical records
5. Assist with pre-employment medical requirements, annual physical exams, and workplace health monitoring
6. Maintain the clinic, medical supplies, medicine inventory, and medical equipment
7. Plan, support, and conduct health talks, wellness activities, counseling, and preventive health programs
8. Prepare health-related reports and support DOLE-related occupational health and safety documentation while maintaining strict confidentiality

What We're Looking For:

1. Registered Nurse with a valid Philippine PRC license
2. Completion of the 48-hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for Nurses is an advantage
3. Experience as a company nurse, clinic nurse, or occupational health nurse is preferred
4. Knowledge of basic occupational health, workplace safety, emergency response, and health documentation
5. Comfortable supporting both day and night operations under a flexible shift schedule
6. Willing to conduct health talks, wellness activities, employee counseling, and health education initiatives
7. Organized, dependable, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
8. Professional, respectful, and able to handle confidential medical information with care and integrity
