Q300204: Sales Development Representative
Job Description:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving their strategic growth by targeting and securing business opportunities within independent design/build, architecture and interior design firms as well as large scale Enterprises. This position requires a blend of determination, creativity, and accountability.
Salary Range: 32,000-42,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am

Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and build lead lists, or engage with existing lists of inbound leads or other key targets using our established templates and playbooks.
- Successfully convey clients key value propositions and educate prospects on our various solutions.
- Protect clients brand position as an expert in our space with key prospects and operate in a manner thats consistent with our brand standards.
- Qualify each successful engagement in line with our framework and route them accordingly as quickly as possible - either by guiding them in the self-service flow, making appointments with our inside sales reps or disqualifying for future engagement.
- Be prepared to discuss your daily activities and report on overall progress towards assigned Sales targets and trends.
- Based on key learnings, collaborate and improve templates and outreach strategies over time to improve velocity and successful conversions.
- Create trust and credibility with internal and external stakeholders
- Staff will also receive monthly lead generation targets, and their performance will be measured against attainment of those targets.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven track record of excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to meet sales-driven KPIs while balancing both quality and quantity.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Service, or administrative roles.
- Able to serve as a bridge between existing and incoming clients.
- Strong background in account management or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Knowledgeable in HubSpot CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace; familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred.
- Ability to identify customer pain points, articulate value, and understand key priorities of clients.
- Demonstrates a genuine interest in Sales, with experience or strong willingness to engage in both inbound and outbound activities.
