The BIM Modeler (Mechanical) is responsible for producing detailed construction workshop drawings based on project specifications and coordinated models. This role focuses on fabrication-level detailing. Ensuring all deliverables are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project standards.

Salary Range: PHP 40,000-50,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

• Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Develop detailed 3D BIM models for:
• HVAC systems (ductwork, plantrooms, AHUs)
• Mechanical pipework systems
• Produce fabrication/shop drawings for construction use
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other trades
• Identify design conflicts and propose practical solution
• Update models based on site feedback and revisions
• Generate 2D documentation and layout drawings from BIM models
• Ensure all outputs are aligned with project standards and timelines

Requirements:

• With at least 3 years of work experience
• Have experience working in AU/ NZ client
• Proven experience in Mechanical BIM modeling (construction-focused)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar BIM tools
• Experience in plantrooms, ductwork, and pipework systems
• Familiarity with BIM coordination workflows and clash detection
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverable
