 Job Description:

To play a key role in supporting ERP Advisors' business development and market growth activities, with a particular focus on lead generation, lead qualification, outreach coordination and meeting creation. This role is intended to strengthen the front end of the sales pipeline so senior leadership can focus on high-value client conversations, solution positioning and closing opportunities.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000 – 35,000

Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Dayshift

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospective client organisations that align with ERP Advisors' target market and service offering.
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect lists within agreed sectors, territories and buyer profiles.
  • Conduct outbound outreach activity through email, LinkedIn and other approved channels.
  • Support the progression of leads from early-stage interest through to marketing qualified and sales qualified status.
  • Arrange discovery meetings and introductory calls for senior sales and consulting leadership.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of leads, contacts, activities and outcomes in CRM and related tracking tools.
  • Help monitor and report on lead conversion performance across the sales funnel.
  • Review incoming leads and assist in assessing lead quality against agreed qualification criteria.
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely and professional manner to maintain momentum in the pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure outreach messaging is aligned to current campaigns and market priorities
  • Support the preparation of basic sales collateral, prospect notes and briefing summaries ahead of meetings.
  • Track outreach activity against KPIs and provide regular updates on progress, issues and opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of lead generation processes, scripts, templates and qualification methods.
  • Represent the client professionally in all written and verbal interactions with prospective clients.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years' experience in sales support, lead generation, business development coordination or appointment setting
  • Proficient in using HubSpot, Dynamics 365 (or similar CRMs), with experience handling sales pipelines and contact records.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, especially qualification and appointment setting.
  • Comfortable with lead generation, including sourcing, qualifying, and logging leads.
  • Has experience working in a target-driven environment
  • Positive attitude, coachable mindset and willingness to refine approach based on results.
  • Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written English.
