Salary Range: 25,000 - 35,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handling calls and greeting clients professionally
  • Preparing and issuing quotations and proposals
  • Conducting quotations follow-up to clients/customers
  • Forwarding calls and inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Drafting and sending emails on behalf of the sales team
  • Knowledge of inputting clients' records to sales CRM
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective customer support
  • Manage leads database
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales Support or Sales Admin related roles
  • Ability to handle 13 calls (blended tasks) + sending email and creating quotation
  • Background knowledge with Sales CRM
  • + Microsoft 360 Knowledge 
  • Knowledge with bookkeeping
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and phone skills
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software, high level of proficiency in MS Office, and Google apps
  • Strong organizational skills, a good understanding of sourcing and the ability to maintain client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
