Seeking experienced candidates in Marketing & Design Support to assist with the 2026 marketing strategy and ad-hoc marketing needs. This is not a general creative role. We need a marketing all-rounder with a strength in design who understands the technical B2B audience and can deliver polished, corporate-standard work that resonates with high-level decision makers.

Salary Range: PHP 45,000-55,000

Responsibilities:

• Produce end-to-end design for tenders, technical brochures, and presentations.
• Write professional website news stories, case studies, LinkedIn posts, and other corporate communications that are clear, engaging, and on brand
• Design and prepare artwork for print and digital advertising, including social media ads, website graphics, event materials, and brochures.
• Execute updates on Wix (primary) and WordPress, ensuring all site content is accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards.
• Assist with LinkedIn and Google Ads, including research, campaign setup, ad creative design, and ongoing optimisation
• Create graphics and content for organic social posts, ensuring consistency with corporate tone and visual identity.
• Maintain strict brand consistency as per our Brand Guidelines, reflecting Tyre Doctors values and standards.
• Manage multiple ad-hoc requests, prioritise tasks, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Brand Coordinator to translate briefs into professional outputs and proactively suggest improvements where appropriate.

Requirements:

• 4+ years corporate/B2B marketing and design experience, ideally in mining, construction, or industrial sectors.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience producing polished corporate presentations, capability statements, marketing collateral, and advertisements.
• Wix experience and WordPress a plus. Independent and proactive - able to take briefs and deliver high-quality outputs without constant supervision.
• Strong understanding of corporate design principles, brand consistency, and professional layout.
• English comprehension sufficient to understand instructions, ask questions, and provide updates.
• Portfolio demonstrating corporate/B2B design work
