Salary Range: PHP 20,000 - PHP 25,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day sales support and general sales operations
• Manage leads, deals, pipelines, and activities in HubSpot
• Ensure data accuracy, timely follow-ups, and proper CRM usage
• Support sales teams handling Australian market clients
• Coordinate with sales reps on priorities, tasks, and client needs
• Review sales performance, pipeline health, and activity reports
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
• Support both the sales and recruitment functions by assisting with lead sourcing, candidate coordination, pipeline tracking, and ensuring accurate data management across HubSpot and related systems

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales support, sales operations, or generalist sales roles
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM
• Experience supporting or selling to the Australian market
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Clear communication and ability to work with sales teams
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment is a plus
