Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000 
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and verify loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Gather necessary financial documents from clients (e.g., income statements, ID, bank statements).
  • Undertake servicing calculations - assess borrowers' ability & eligibility to lend
  • Communicate with banks and lenders to submit applications and follow up on approvals.
  • Ensure all loan applications meet Australian financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM and loan processing software.
  • Provide updates to clients on the status of their loan applications and request additional information if needed.
  • Assist mortgage advisers and other team members with loan-related tasks.
  • Ensure deadlines are met to move loans smoothly to approval and closing.
  • Identify and address any issues or missing information in loan applications.

Requirements:

  • 3-year + Experience as a Loan Processor, Loan Writer, or similar role
  • Knowledge using Applyonline and LoanApp for application submission
  • Experience with Infinity CRM, Quickli, and Australian Compliance Obligation is an advantage. 
  • Microsoft Office competence (Word / Excel)
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Motivated and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Organized and keen on details
  • Task-oriented and able to meet deadlines
