To be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, fabrication details, and project documentation to support the design and manufacture of engineered access systems and safety solutions. This role works closely with engineering, project management, and production teams to translate design concepts into detailed drawings suitable for manufacturing, installation, and client approval.

Salary Range: PHP 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and/or 3D CAD drawings for access covers, hatches, fall protection systems, lifting gantries, and related infrastructure products to develop fabrication and shop drawings based on engineering specifications and project requirements.
• Produce assembly drawings, part drawings, and bills of materials for manufacturing.
• Review project specifications, site requirements, and client drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to resolve design issues and improve constructability.
• Update and revise drawings based on engineering feedback, site conditions, or client changes.
• Maintain drawing standards, file management, and revision control procedures.
• Assist with product standardization and continuous improvement of drafting processes.
• Support project documentation and technical submissions for client approvals.
• Ensure drawings align with applicable safety, compliance, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Drafting, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Design, or related field.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in CAD drafting or detailing, in fabrication, structural, mechanical, or infrastructure-related industries.

• Knowledge of metal fabrication, aluminum structures, or access systems.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar CAD software.

• Strong understanding of technical drafting principles and detailing practices.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
