 Job Description:

Join our team as a Scaffolding Design & Drafter, where you'll work with project teams and clients to develop practical scaffolding solutions, prepare project estimates, and produce detailed technical drawings.

Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱70,000
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

Responsibilities:

  • Develop scaffolding plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and technical drawings based on project requirements.
  • Create and update scaffolding models and drawings using iScaf, AutoCAD, or comparable design applications.
  • Review project information, architectural plans, structural drawings, and construction documents to identify scaffolding requirements.
  • Prepare material quantities, take-offs, cost estimates, and project quotations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal project teams to confirm measurements, scope, specifications, and other technical details.
  • Assist in selecting appropriate scaffolding configurations based on site conditions and project requirements.
  • Check drawings, quantities, and estimates for accuracy before submission.
  • Organize and maintain project drawings, estimates, quotation files, and other technical documentation.
  • Ensure project estimates and design outputs are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Work in accordance with applicable Australian standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree or relevant qualification in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in scaffolding design, scaffolding estimating, drafting, construction estimating, or a related discipline.
  • Solid working knowledge of AutoCAD, iScaf, or other scaffolding/CAD design software.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing scaffolding drawings, layouts, estimates, and material take-offs.
  • Ability to understand and interpret architectural, structural, and construction plans.
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards and scaffolding practices is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical, technical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working onsite and collaborating with clients and project teams.
