An ERP Implementer is responsible for setting up and deploying an ERP system to support business operations. The role involves gathering requirements, configuring the system, handling data migration, and supporting users during and after implementation. Strong experience in Oracle NetSuite is essential to ensure the system is properly customized and aligned with the company's processes.

Salary Range: 40,000 - 50,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects (planning to go-live)
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Configure and customize ERP modules based on company processes
• Perform data migration, validation, and system testing (UAT)
• Provide user training and create documentation/manuals
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation issues
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth deployment
• Continuously improve system processes and workflows

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ERP implementation projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (required)
• Good understanding of finance, supply chain, or business operations
• Experience in system configuration, customization, and integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
