 Job Description:

A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and researching potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline. They conduct outreach through email, calls, and social platforms to generate qualified leads and set appointments. They maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects. Additionally, they collaborate with the sales team to align lead quality with business goals and conversion targets.


Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to generate insights for targeted campaigns and business development strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Support the sales team by providing pre-qualified leads and relevant background information.
  • Maintain and update client and job records.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve targeting and messaging.
  • Support directors/executives with general administrative tasks.
  • Identify and implement improvements in admin systems and processes.


Requirements:

  • 1 –3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of the Australian construction industry.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and CRM tools for data management.
  • Comfortable working in a non-client-facing role with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
