A Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and researching potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline. They focus on sourcing and qualifying leads through online research and data tools and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. They ensure data quality, segmentation, and consistent pipeline updates to support sales strategy and business goals.

Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to generate insights for targeted campaigns and business development strategies.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Support the sales team by providing pre-qualified leads and relevant background information.
• Maintain and update client and job records.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve targeting and messaging.
• Support directors/executives with general administrative tasks.
• Identify and implement improvements in admin systems and processes.

Requirements:

• 1 –3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian construction industry.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn, B2B platforms, and CRM tools for data management.
• Comfortable working in a non-client-facing role with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
