Salary Range: PHP 25,000 - PHP 40,000

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, systems, access, and connectivity.
• Provide advanced IT support to both internal staff and external clients, including escalation-level concerns.
• Monitor system performance, apply updates, patches, backups, and recovery tasks with minimal disruption.
• Manage user accounts, access, and permissions (Active Directory, email, SaaS tools)
• Maintain IT security standards, access controls, documentation, and support onboarding and offboarding activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, hardware, networking, and IT security practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, ownership, and ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
