Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as an HVAC Estimator supporting our client's team with accurate cost estimates for HVAC materials and equipment. You will use Bluebeam for takeoffs and Microsoft Excel for costing, covering louvers, VAV boxes, dampers, and other air distribution components.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP30,000 - PHP40,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM)

Responsibilities

• Review mechanical plans, specifications, and project documents to prepare detailed HVAC estimates.
• Perform material takeoffs using Bluebeam and other estimating tools.
• Estimate HVAC equipment and components, including louvers, VAV boxes, dampers, diffusers, grilles, registers, and air handling and ventilation products.
• Develop cost proposals, budgets, and bid packages, and request and evaluate vendor and manufacturer quotations.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, cost breakdowns, and pricing models.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and sales teams to clarify scope and ensure accurate pricing.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities and alternative product solutions.
• Assist with post-bid reviews and handover meetings, and perform other tasks as required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC estimating, mechanical contracting, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and mechanical drawings.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam for takeoffs and plan review.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data organisation.
• Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills when working with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
