Join Guerilla Staffing Solutions as a Residential Estimator supporting our client's team with Australian residential projects. You will prepare accurate estimates, quantity takeoffs, and quotations, using Buildertrend to manage project costing, budgets, and variations while coordinating with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Salary Range and Work Set-up

Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - PHP 90,000
Work Set-up: Onsite | Monday to Friday (6AM - 3PM PHT)

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labour, fixtures, finishes, and other construction requirements.
• Create, manage, and update estimates and project budgets in Buildertrend.
• Review plans, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements, discrepancies, exclusions, and potential cost risks.
• Prepare accurate residential construction estimates and quotations based on drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Manage project costing and variations in Buildertrend.
• Coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely pricing.
• Maintain accurate estimating records, cost databases, supplier pricing, and historical project information.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling client and project information.

Requirements

• Experience in residential construction estimating.
• Experience with the Australian residential construction market is an advantage.
• Proven experience preparing detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and construction quotations.
• Experience using Buildertrend is highly preferred; experience with similar estimating software is also relevant.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, construction plans, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant estimating or construction software.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with an Australian-based team.
