Salary Range:15,000 - 20,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Part - time | 20hrs per week

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Bill of Quantities, take-offs, and estimates.
  • Prepare construction schedules in accordance with these, reviewing existing sketches and floor plans and preparing construction drawings, detailed sketches, and specifications.
  • Preparing project specifications, FF&E documents.
  • Obtaining quotes from known suppliers and contractors.
  • Preparing Construction documentation,  SWMS, method statements, and scope of works documents
  • Preparing monthly claims
  • Reviewing contracts

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor or similar role.
  • Knowledge in PlanSwift, BlueBeam, and/or other estimating tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and other documentation
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organisation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thorough and reliable, possess a positive attitude, and are capable of taking on challenges and achieving results.
  • Client-focused with strong attention to detail.
