The Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bill of Quantities, take offs, and estimates.
- Determine variables for cost and other estimates.
- Read, analyse, or use construction plans to prepare take offs and estimates.
- Pull a comprehensive estimation of labour costs, materials, and construction timeline.
- Obtain and review pricing from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers).
- Purchase of materials and Quantity Surveying.
- General project administration support as required.
- Perform other related duties as required.
The Requirements:
- Experience in the construction industry as an Estimator.
- Knowledge in Buildxact and/or other estimating software.
- Knowledge in AutoCAD and ability to read construction plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organisation and negotiation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough and reliable, possess a positive attitude, and capable of taking on challenges and achieving results.
- Client-focused with strong attention to detail.
The Work Set-Up:
- Work onsite
- 8 hour work shift
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift (6am - 3pm)

Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
