Q300106: CAD Designer (Countertops in Luxury Hotels, Residential, Commercial)

To generate designs for complex projects. These designs may be used to create 2D images, a process known as surface modeling, or 3D images, or solid modeling. CAD Drafter must have strong computer skills and extensive knowledge of design software.

The Responsibilities:

• Analyse blueprints, specifications, and contract requirements to prepare accurate details
  
• Communicates with all project personnel for client requirements and project progress
• Conceptualizes and generates 2D and 3D designs
• Create preliminary design sketches for conceptual analysis
• Creates CAD drawings of our scope, calculates sqft, lnft, slab/sink quantities required
• Developing technical reports
• Drawings are uploaded to Proposal to set client expectations
• Identifies seam location and slab quantity required to complete the project to clients specified design
• Prepares design materials for project presentation

The Requirements:

• Can effectively communicate and interact with machine operators and engineers
  
• Excellent in math and IT, and with an analytical mindset.
• Experience in designing countertops in luxury hotels, residentials, and commercial.
• Good English communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods & estimation formulas.
• Knowledge and proficiency with Bluebeam is not required, but it is desired.
• Minimum of 3 years experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Must be able to provide a design portfolio (countertop designs) 
• Must have countertop design, CAD and Take off (Bluebeam) software experience.

The Work Set-Up:

• Work onsite
• 8 hour work shift
• Monday to Friday
  
• Night shift (9pm - 6am)

Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
