Q300088: CRM Marketing Specialist

This role is responsible for understanding, engaging, and converting our database of contacts in support of marketing and sales goals. To directly elevate how the company leverages HubSpot and related technologiesfrom workflows and email templates, to lead intelligence and revenue reporting.

The Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary administrator of our HubSpot instance and contact database including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development, and data flow management.
• Manage key marketing systems used to generate, distribute, and report on leads: HubSpot and our CRM (Salesforce).
• Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.
• Optimize existing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
• Regular HubSpot scrubbing and database cleansing to ensure contacts are up to date and accurate
• Working with firms sales executives to build email outreach lists and execute outreach campaigns for the firm's business development efforts
• Setting up, sending, managing and analyzing company-wide email outreach campaigns within HubSpot
• Conducting regular A/B testing on email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to optimize campaign performance and increase engagement.
• Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to email marketing, such as conversion rates, ROI, and engagement metrics, and providing reports and insights to the management team.

The Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree preferred, with at least 2 years of experience developing marketing communication programs
• Strong Hubspot experience, especially in the industries that leverage the platform for marketing, sales and CRM.
• IIn-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and nurturing strategies, and experience in implementing lead scoring and automated workflows.
• Proficient in using email marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging email content.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
• Results-driven mindset, with a focus on optimizing email campaign performance and achieving measurable goals and objectives.

The Work Set-Up:

• Work onsite
• 8 hour work shift
• Monday to Friday
  
• Night Shift (9pm to 6am)
