Generating all sales invoicing for works undertaken by the company, ensuring invoices, and supporting documentation are accurate, collated, and delivered to the correct customer representative in the required format to ensure prompt payment.

The Responsibilities:
- Ensure costs are allocated correctly on the job.
- Branch office liaison for any invoicing queries.
- Collate/deliver the correct job documentation to support the invoice.
- Any other ad hoc tasks as allocated by the Financial Accountant/Financial Controller from time to time.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform other related tasks as required.
The Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a similar role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Microsoft Word and Excel - Intermediate level.
- Experience in the building services / facilities maintenance industry is preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
The Work Set-Up:
- Work onsite
- 8 hour work shift
- Monday to Friday
- Day shift (6am - 3pm)

Unit 1E, Philexcel Business Park Annex, Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines.
