The Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices.
  • Implement and enhance processes to optimize workflow and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage the company's financial health and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Maintains the general ledger, trail balances, and creates adjusting entries when necessary.
  • Manage and lead the HR team, providing guidance and support.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

The Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of HR (required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Audit experience is required.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role overseeing accounting operations.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and corporate services.
  • Tech-savvy, familiar, and open to working with different accounting software.

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8 hour work shift
  • Monday to Saturday
  • Day shift (8am - 5pm)
