About the job Q201403: Contract Administrator
Ensuring that a construction contract between the client and the contractor is executed in accordance with the terms of the contract, the tender stage, and the post-construction stage. This role is to work across both residential and commercial construction projects.
Salary Range: 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:
- Procurement schedule
- Contract management and negotiations
- Letting of contracts and scope of works
- Managing contractual risks - WHS, QA, budgets, and schedules
- Processing claims and variations
- Cost control and cost reports
- Maintain documentation, data registers, and systems
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and other documentation
- 2 - 3 years of experience with local/International residential and commercial construction companies in a Contracts Administrator role
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the building and construction process
- Strong time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
