Q201418: Contract Administrator

Salary Range: 30,000-40,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 6am - 3pm

Responsibilities:

• Procurement schedule
• Contract management and negotiations
• Letting of contracts and scope of works
• Managing contractual risks - WHS, QA, budgets, and schedules
• Processing claims and variations
• Cost control and cost reports
• Maintain documentation, data registers, and systems
• Deal with subcontractors and orders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related
• 1-2 years of experience with local/International residential and commercial construction companies
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and other documentation
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the building and construction process
• Strong time management skills, with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient in using MS Word/Excel, MS Project, BuildXact, Dext, and Xero
