To provide office administrative support including document processing, maintaining records, scheduling, and reporting duties.

The Salary Range: 35,000 - 45,000

The Work Set-Up:

  • Work onsite
  • 8-hour work shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shift (6 am - 3 pm)

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain cloud-based filing systems and ensure the proper retention, protection, and disposal of records.
  • Manage data entry and other record-keeping tasks.
  • Oversee the remote day-to-day functioning of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly.
  • Assist customers or clients with the resolution of their inquiries.
  • Process incoming and outgoing invoices, managing basic payable and receivable accounts.
  • Ensure the reconciliation is completed weekly or monthly and that the totals balance.
  • Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

The Requirements:

  • Degree in Administration, Customer Service, or related courses.
  • 2 - 3 experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong typing and computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Knowledge of Xero (accounting software) and SCORO (project software) is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software, high level of proficiency in MS Office, and Google apps.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Extensive organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
