Q200820: Account Receivable Specialist (Part-time)

Ensure the company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly. It will include securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies.

The Salary Range: PHP20,000 - PHP30,000

The Work Set-Up:

• Work onsite
• 8 hour work shift
• Monday to Friday
  
• Day shift (6am - 3pm)
• 3 DAYS WORK WEEK

The Responsibilities:

• Upload invoices from 3PL warehouse into the MYOB accounting package.
• Resolve any issues with rejected invoices.
• Allocate cash received to outstanding invoices in MYOB.
• Resolve miss-matched amounts between invoices and payments.
• Forward monthly statements to customers.
• Reconcile customer accounts as required.
• Perform other related tasks as required.

The Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Administration.
• Experience in AR/AP or related fields.
• Knowledge in MYOB accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
• Ability to work independently and can manage under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
