GCM0018: Bookkeeper

Salary Range: 20,000 - 35,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 8am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients or debtors
• Record and reconcile transactions for accounts payable and receivable
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank and financial accounts
• Prepare and submit summaries and reports on accounting activities
• Review and verify the accuracy of financial records
• Report discrepancies or irregularities to management
• Ensure timely processing of payments and receipts
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of organization and time management
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Knowledgeable in Xero, BIR compliance, and preparation of tax returns
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
• Able to meet deadlines consistently
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital tools
