Salary Range: 40,000 - 50,000
Work Set-Up: Work onsite | Mon-Fri | 9pm - 6am

Responsibilities:

  • Plan project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate tasks and assign responsibilities to appropriate team members and subcontractors.
  • Identify potential risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with project requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure milestones are met.
  • Motivate, lead, and support the project team to meet objectives efficiently.
  • Manage project changes and adapt plans as needed.
  • Ensure projects deliver the intended outcomes and client satisfaction.
  • Primarily manage residential projects with minimal focus on commercial developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing residential construction or development projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of construction standards, local building codes, and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
